Investors in People (IIP) is a nationally recognised standard which organisations can achieve. It reflects a nationally recognised level of ability to manage people effectively. We provide support to organisations wishing to achieve the IIP standard as well as those coming forward for a subsequent review who wish to check that they are up to speed. This service includes initial diagnostic review, support with development activity, preparation for assessment and post recognition guidance. We have helped many organisations to achieve IIP - large, small, private, public and voluntary.
